ARCHITECT
Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa has been designed by Hong Kong-based Original Vision lead by principal Adrian McCarroll, acknowledged across the region for his award-winning design of Phuket’s Samsara Resort.

“I am very proud that Original Vision have been entrusted to design Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa,” stated McCarroll. “Conceived as a fully integrated residential resort, the available options offer a full range from studio apartments all the way to three-bedroom penthouses.

DESIGNER
The design elements as applied within Outrigger Panorama Bali Resort & Spa are the work of Singapore-based company Plum Design, with principal designer Lisa Garriss personally overseeing the project. Lisa draws on many years experience at the very highest level of luxury design, including assignments for Armani, Four Seasons and the fabulous Le Telfair Spa & Golf resort in Mauritius.

“Panorama Resort is situated on one of the most inspirational sites in Bali, on a cliff overlooking the sea,” stated Garriss. “It is a very dramatic view and it can be enjoyed from almost every apartment and public space in the resort. The architecture of the apartments is very contemporary so interior designs will reflect a clean, contemporary feeling with a hint of traditional Balinese accents. These accents can be seen in the artwork, accessories, soft furnishings and some of the finishes.

“Each Outrigger Panorama Bali apartment type has it’s own colour scheme which are all inspired by “the colours of Bali” and include sea blue, cool crisp greens of the rice fields and jungle, navy blues of the ocean, pinks reds and oranges from ceremonial offerings and dress and the creams and beiges of the sand. Artwork is, of course, inspired by the patterning of traditional Balinese ikats and batiks”
