The Lighthouse Club was originally established in England in 1956 and arrived in Asia with the establishment of the Hong Kong Branch in 1986. Further branches followed in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur and, subsequently with the help of the Lighthouse Club Asia Pacific Region which was formed in 1998, in Manila, Singapore, Macau and Australia.
“The Lighthouse” is the magazine of the Lighthouse Club Asia Pacific Region, members only and was established in 1998. ROF Media assumed production of The Lighthouse in 2013.
What does The Lighthouse Club do? Charity
The aims of the Lighthouse Club worldwide are to promote good fellowship amongst its members who work in or are associated with the construction industry and to provide charitable assistance to those in need within the construction industry in cases of accident or illness and to their dependents where a fatality has occurred.
